Kindly take note of the Government Notice on the link below informing of The Ministers intention relating to a proposed amnesty period to facilitate compliance to Chapter 6 of NEMBA and the BABS regulations.
The notice further details the scope of the amnesty in terms of the affected person/applicant, process, phase, requirements, related timelines and implications of non-compliance. The proposed period of amnesty is 24 months from date of notice publication.
Kindly forward your comments to the CTFA with regards to this amnesty notification by 19 November 2017, in order to meet the commentary submission period.
